The fees are modulated for each apartment and guarantee, on the basis of specific requirements, the possibility to access controlled fees.
Small apartment
Regular fee: € 540 / month *
Controlled fee**: € 365 / month *
Large apartment
Regular fee: € 700 / month *
Controlled fee**: € 445 / month *

** The controlled fees are available to associates, non-profit workers and special situations to be evaluated based upon one or more interviews with the staff at Buena Vista
